I ordered the product and received it on time. When I opened the pen's cap, I found a clear tip on the tip and removed it. After that I tried to use it with my A71, it didn't work. I requested a refund and the seller issued a non-refundable refund. I think this is a rare example of trust in a customer. As a last try I tried again with the clear tip on the tip and it worked fine. My refund was issued at the same time. But I haven't found a way to stop the return or pay again.
