I had a pair of kitchen towels and other towels without a hanging loop so I ordered them. They are very easy to apply - you simply thread the needle through the fabric of the towel on one side of the loop (this may take some patience) and then snap them into place. Voila! They can be removed the same way, but frankly, why should you? You can wash the towel with the attached loop; it is strong enough not to come loose on its own. These loops fit kitchen towels as well as heavier terry towels.
