Worth the money for comfort and protection.
This case fits very well and is much more comfortable than the main case. When you're very active with Oculus, your skin stays cool and sweat doesn't wick up like a regular pad, so I figured I could wear it longer. It also upgrades the look of the headset and offers excellent value for money.
