Terrible customer service. Broke after 6 months.
UPDATE: AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF EMAILING SEVERAL PEOPLE THEY FINALLY MAINTAINED YOUR WARRANTY AND SENT ME A REPLACEMENT. At first the DVD player worked great. 6 months later it stopped working and I have been emailing the company daily for a week but they keep emailing me that they are not receiving my emails and will not honor their guarantee. That's ridiculous. Why so many tires under warranty. I would not waste my money with this company because they do not honor their guarantees. Your customer service is terrible.
