Review on Chasing Effects Controlled Lighting Bedroom by Veronica Johnson

I don't usually write many reviews but felt compelled to write about this product. I bought this product to use as lighting behind my projection screen for my latest home theater project. As you can see from the pictures (and the video showing the reaction to the sound), everything worked out as I expected and I couldn't be happier. I ended up having a problem (connector image) about two months after installation. with a bad plug. This caused the lights to make poor contact and could go out. I contacted the seller, did some basic troubleshooting as they requested and they finally sent me a new filament (16ft) to replace the bad connection. While this is impractical given the responsiveness of the seller, I still feel the need to give this item a 5 star rating.
