Fits perfectly with my handlebar
Instructions were clear. Yes, it takes some patience to get it around the handlebars. But it's worth it. I buy fabric from the dollar store and they last about 3 months before the elastic wears out. It doesn't have an elastic strap so I think it will last a long time, maybe a few years. I like the feel of it too.
