Overall okay on my review.
I recently noticed that one flange doesn't securely fit without easily a slidding off. That impacts the suction but overall a good buy and has saved my nipples.
- Helps accommodate flanks of Medela. Softly touch. Having it for 5 months already
- May not provide adequate suction for some users
