They're weird and don't work at all. The bristles are very soft, but dense and short so they cannot wrap around and between teeth. I've been using them for a few weeks and brushed my teeth this morning. The hygienist asked if I had changed my diet because I had a lot of pimples that I never had. She gave me a mirror so I could see and I was horrified at all the ugly stains between my teeth. These jets do not penetrate between the teeth at all, they appear to be wiping the flat surfaces of the tooth. It feels weird and not clean when you finish brushing. I immediately ordered new fillings from a well-known brand and will no longer try to save money by buying cheap fakes. Very disappointing.
