Review on Hamburger Stainless Non Stick Essential Accessories by Amanda Smith

My kids really like thin pies (think fast food). I always find it difficult to make a thin flatbread that doesn't shrink into a tiny flatbread while baking. It easily compresses 1/4 pound of meat into a round, perfectly thin 5 inch patty. This was important to me as almost all the presses I saw were 4" to 4.5". Other reviews have mentioned that it's difficult to push down even a quarter pound. was pretty easy with meat at fridge temperature. Probably even easier at room temperature. It uses parchment paper and the patties popped right out. Dishwasher safe. I'm sold. Recommend.
