I have a size 5mm, came in a pair! Very cute and elegant. I use it for low helix piercings and it is very snug. So tight that the thin side of the earring doesn't come out the other side of my ear. I have to press the lock and it finds its way onto the thin side. Although it takes me a while to put it on, it works like a charm and looks cute! I don't like hanging loop piercings, I like it when it fits the earlobe perfectly, so this product is perfect. I like that the loop is thick enough to be visible. I don't think this size fits any other piercing on my ear. He's pretty small. Another note, the earring is durable too! When I lock it, it doesn't feel cheap, it doesn't wobble, or it doesn't feel loose. Great product, would buy again if I ever lose my current ones!
