The robe had been wadded into the plastic bag containing it and is a mass of very set wrinkles.
Whether the wadding was done by the manufacturer or someone else, it was a really poor presentation and will no doubt take several washings to get rid of the wrinkles. It will discourage me from buying other articles of clothing from this company.
