UPDATE so myfitnesspal says I eat this more than anything else. I am vegan and follow a slow carbohydrate (low GI) diet. I mix 3 tablespoons of this, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup hot soy milk. Tasty smoothie, no added sugar or sweeteners, but still good. I drank a few pounds of NUTRIBIOTIC VEGAN RICE PROTEIN Vanilla 3lbs and figured I'd "stir" and taste the chocolate. In short, this thing tastes like unsweetened cocoa with protein. The consistency is supernaturally fine dust, similar to chalk. The powder is as dirty as chalk. With the original 28oz (28oz) blender bottle, the blend blends with less clumping and settling than soy protein, whey protein and especially hemp protein. The taste is harmless and natural, like real cocoa, but needs some sweetness.
