Nothing but cheap mints

I have mild dry mouth and bad breath and have used and know various products in this class. It's just mints, nothing more.1. They don't help at all with dry mouth. Sucking on it will release some natural saliva, just like any other object you put in your mouth. Once they dissolve, there is no moisture left, dry mouth reappears, NO lasting effect on dry mouth.2. There is no effect on bad breath. You get a minty mouthfeel that creates a cold/chilly effect on your tongue and palate, but results in no change in the quality of your breath. My mother and brother have sniffed my breath before and after, at normal intervals there is no effect on the other. You will have bad breath. If you blow on your hands and smell them, or if the person checking your breath puts their nose right up to your mouth and you exhale, they will smell a faint minty flavor mixed with your bad breath. Again, no real benefit from actual bad breath.3. No tangerine taste. There is some tangerine flavor when you open and grind the mint, but the TASTE is just pure mint, neither you nor anyone else gets tangerine, it's a little flavor that's added but doesn't really taste. 4. I don't know why some of the other reviews went crazy and described "terrible taste and feel". This is what you get with each mint type candy/lozenge, it is indistinguishable from the others. Basically a total robbery and distortion of facts. If you need breath mints, buy them. But don't let that fool you for a second that it doesn't do anything for dry mouth or bad breath. Opt for other real things, they are way more expensive but unfortunately this cheap low cal candy is not.
