This is the dehydrator I've been looking for. I've been dehydrated for 15 years. Stainless steel is beautiful and blends into your decor. Built to withstand everyday use. I use it daily. Used for a variety of vegetables and beef jerky. Easy to clean and easy to rinse. If I had the money I would order another one. Do they make extra shelves for each type - 4 of each type included - 8 in total, would happily order more. Highly recommend. Good workmanship.
