I received this product and was concerned about it at first. But it works so wonderfully, I love it. I'm looking for an excuse to use it. At 1 o'clock I peeled potatoes, apples and even pears. It was so much fun. I had to show everyone how well it works. The company is also very nice, my order was a bit late so they sent extra blades for it. I've used it a lot but haven't had to change it yet. The blade is really smart, so be careful. My family ate a lot of potatoes and apple pie. I would write more, but I have to peel potatoes for dinner tonight.
