The toilet will NOT fit the standard flange

RE: Kohree Gravity Flush Toilet CHM-3702T The toilet will NOT fit the standard toilet flange. The mounting holes on my existing flange are 6" apart. The mounting holes on this toilet are 6-1/2 inches apart. The flange provided with the project is useless as there is no way to attach the flange to the pressure pipe. My research shows that mounting holes spaced 6 inches apart is the standard. It was a terrible waste of time. The dimensions in the instructions are given in millimeters. Isn't this metric toilet suitable for use in the United States?
