Love it! Bitter taste and such!

Terrible taste but to be expected! super bitter! You will get used to it. I was skeptical as I don't usually believe in supplements but I actually feel like they give me a boost. I'm in my 50's and my training seems to result in muscle gains. Have been using it for a few weeks now and am still very glad I got it. A little goes a long way. Love it!
