Review on Motorcraft FC1056 Fuel Tank Filler by Jason Daves

We have recently had a spate of petrol thefts in our area and I decided to invest in a locking gas cap for my truck. I have a 2005 F-150 SuperCrew Lariat 4x4 with a 5.4 V8. This cover worked great on my truck. My original cap has the same type of thread with a quick 1/4 turn. I had no trouble opening or closing the lid with the key. This cap includes a factor cable that attaches to the fuel filler flap. Ford's genuine OEM part seems like the best way to go compared to what some other manufacturers are offering.
