Does not meet advertised performance. Save time and buy something else. I learned another valuable lesson: the cheapest isn't always the best. Ubiquity was my first attempt to get a working PoE adapter for debugging an Aruba AP-575 access point. He did not provide the necessary power. Then I tried iCretin PSE-480150G, also from Revain. This didn't work either. As a test, I connected the AP575 to an Aruba 2934F switch and lo and behold, the access point was happy. It received 802.3af and then renegotiated 802.3at PoE+.
