Review on 💦 Hydrating Shampoo by Moroccanoil by Brittany Sanchez

I love how my hair feels and smells with this shampoo. My stylist also liked the condition of my hair. She already uses the oil for her clients and now plans to try other products. My only complaint so far is that I have reordered the product and received the wrong product, my only option was given on exchange/refund. page was supposed to return it, which I did, hoping that going forward I'd be offered the exchange option. It never came up as an option. If I reorder it now, the price is $5 more than what I originally paid. Mistakes happen, I agree with the confusion BUT I don't think I need to backorder an item and pay more for someone else's mistake, it should be an exchange of equal value.
