Difficult Dashboard Interface / User Friendly

I am using it as customer success platform for our lead generation products but can easily see how this tool is very useful across multiple touchpoints in your B2B journey or organization! We have been able solve problems such like we werent getting enough of qualified leads from social media posts by integrating them into other channels (eCommerce site). The dashboard view does not allow you do make changes quickly which means if i wanted something changed its only after going back an forth between screens/pages etc..which takes too long when my time window has reduced due delay cost cutting measures at work!! As stated above - Integrate all sources so that customers are aware there choice exists within different platforms- especially ecommerce website where they may buy direct off product pages! I like that you can export the report into Excel or PDF format for easy sharing within your organization. It's not as intuitive to use as the other tools we've used in the past. The UI isn't very user friendly. There are many little options here and there and it's hard to figure out what they do. If you're looking for an easy to use BI platform and want to easily share reports this is the one for you. We have been able to create dashboards and reports without having to hire additional resources.

  • Mobile application works well even with slow internet connection speeds; good performance during peak hours also makes sense given heavy usage data coming through server side processing power required just because people need their information fast before closing business deals
