Too big for my mouth. This keeps my teeth from clenching and grinding but the sides are too big and digging into my gums/cheeks leaving painful sores on my cheeks. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a small mouth, although it does provide excellent protection for your teeth. If it wasn't so big I would have preferred it to my molded full butt protector from my dentist. This seems to make me push harder because all of my teeth are still making contact but with the barrier. I love how this one keeps your front teeth fully separated with no barrier.
