I love that you can have your own personalized message in every review, which is great for my business! It's easy to set up but takes some time so if it doesn't work out after we set everything up, well then there really isn't much to complain about - just make sure they're good at customer service/support before signing off with them!! Not many problems to be honest unless something goes wrong during setup or implementation stage (which could happen sometimes).
