Review on YHMTIVTU Crankcase Filter Primary Funnel by Shawn Xayamonty

Revainrating 2 out of 5

2 out of 5 are ok, 3 are not.

I ordered this to change the fluids on my Harley Softail Deuce. BAD; The filter wrench didn't really fit the OEM filter, had to wrap a rag around the filter because the grooves didn't line up, and then broke the weld where the 3/8 ratchet slides. I was able to get the filter. turned off, but it was inconvenient because it broke. A 1/2 funnel had to be slipped under the filter to keep the oil from splashing, but that didn't give much effect. So little oil got into the funnel that the tube was unusable. It is better to stuff kitchen towels under the filter. I assume the 16p nail was meant to be used to "hang" things in your shop? Only the high thin filter has a hole for it. WELL; The Derby primary funnel was great and made filling the primary really easy, not a single drop spilled. The narrow funnel also worked great for transmission. If I had to do it all over again I would buy a $13.95 Harley oil filter wrench and a $2.00 slim funnel from Walmart because my primary has a notch for filling and while it was good the primary didn't need one Funnel.
