They make great products overall, but sometimes things slip
Nothing was damaged, but the nut that attaches to the screw, which basically moves the lever up and down on the Z axis, didn't have one Thread so I couldn't install it properly. Luckily I have a spare, but with proper handling I wouldn't have to wait another week for a replacement. Not very happy with the realism because I love their products and this was a big disappointment.
