Since the answers stated that there are no cutouts for 4 corner hooks (for factory or third-party cargo net), I took the chance and ordered one. It turned out that the material in the 4 corners of this cargo restraint is soft enough to cut 4 small slits (with a utility knife) to thread the cargo net hooks through. I like the material very much, it fits and above all almost 1/4 of the new price. Buy it.
