The pipes were stiff and hard and so smooth that anything on your hands would make them insanely difficult to do anything. The sleeve where you connect the hoses to the canister was so loose that it never created a vacuum without holding it with one hand and shaking it like a gorilla with the other. And after a sweaty hour of trying to get it to work, I only managed to pour about a quart of old synthetic oil out of the sump. I gave up, jacked up the car, unclipped the safety tub and drained the remaining 4 liters, put the tub back on and after about 20 minutes lowered it. If I could send it back for a refund I would, but at the moment there was oil on it and it took me a month to try it. The option is gone. Do not buy this product.
