It's perfect, just what I wanted.
I haven't had it long enough to know if it's waterproof. I would wear it to wash dishes, but I wouldn't put it fully in water on purpose. It has time, day of the week, date, alarm and other functions. Can be seen clearly in the dark at the push of a button. I love it, love it, love it. I might have to order another one if it stops working in a year or two or three or at all. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
