First of all I would like to say this: I contacted customer service via chat when I had a problem with a product and I really liked them although they didn't solve my problem either could . She offered me a 25% refund to keep them or a full refund to return them all. I went with 25% because I've only had issues with a few of them so far. That being said, I regret not sending them all back. I was having problems with "reading" on my HP laptop, saying the target doesn't exist, I need to format the drive before using it, etc. I was copying photos from my laptop to USB sticks. THEN, after speaking to support who couldn't figure out why this was happening, the next one I plugged in tried to tell me there was a bug that needed to be scanned before use. After scanning, I opened a drive with a bunch of random folders and files with Chinese characters on the drive. I immediately threw it away and now refuse to plug it into my computer. DON'T BELIEVE IT
