WORKS PERFECTLY FOR 60 DAYS THEN BOTH COLLARS STOP IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE RETURN PERIOD. We originally bought these bark collars in early February to help our two Border Collies who both have barking issues. While the features of both the remote control and the collars themselves are nice, they quickly became useless and ineffective. Unfortunately, about 60 days after purchasing the product, the collars began to lose their effectiveness. At the end of five weeks, the collar and remote control batteries only last an hour before they die and need recharging, essentially rendering the collars ineffective and unusable. When the collars were loaded and properly placed around our dog's neck and the remote was set to the correct automatic settings for barking, the collars still didn't detect our dogs barking about 90% of the time. Thus, in addition to being an expensive and rarely used product, this product also proved to be an ineffective bark control agent. The return policy is also unreasonable considering you only have one month to return an item. I do not recommend this product. While you will most likely find it to be an effective and useful tool in the short term for the first few weeks, you will quickly regret your purchase 1-2 months after purchasing this product as you will find that batteries will not hold a charge and wear out, start fails, no matter how many times you try to fix the remote and adjust the collars.
