Review on Knowage by Sean Spence

I have used this product for solving my data mining problem which was related to customer churn analysis from call center calls, it performed very well in comparison with other products available at that time. The support team of knowage also provided me good guidance over email regarding customization or modification if required by our requirement. It provides flexibility while using any solution as per your need rather than sticking too closely to predefined solutions like others do. Nothing much to dislike about this tool so far but there are some minor issues still remaining unresolved i guess! We were facing problems to solve a complex marketing optimization model which involved multiple variables including cost allocation across different channels (mailers), number crunching etc..
