These are extremely comfortable and fairly supportive for slippers. At 8 months pregnant, my feet used to hurt after walking around the house half the day. And my feet were too big for my normal slippers. With these, my feet don't start to hurt until bedtime. And even then the pain isn't unbearable. They also fit rather well. I got my normal size and they are snug on my super large pregnant feet, but perfectly comfortable. My only complaint is the quality of the exterior of the slippers. I've had them 1 week and the outter layer is coming apart from the sole of one of the slippers. It's just cosmetic and doesn't effect the usability. But it's slightly annoying.
