This is the third purchase of the webcam lens cover and it works almost perfectly. It's ultra-thin and has no seams to prevent the 2020 MacBook Air from closing properly, but it added a gap that worries me and could damage the screen, as the gap indicates the pressure is concentrated in one spot. What makes the seams thicker is the adhesive backing as shown in the last picture. The sealing film makes products twice as thick. I've also tried another magnetic version which should be thinner but the lid is falling apart. So far the seams are a good metal product. I'd like it to be a bit larger so it's easier to slide, but not so big that it interferes with the ambient light sensor, which is usually to the right of the camera. It's a little difficult to slide in since it's very small, but it can improve performance over time with use. The good thing, though, is that it doesn't slip out of place on its own, as other versions of camera bags have reported. If they can make the protruding part thinner, the product is perfect.
