The included software/drivers didn't load and kept giving an error related to setting my multiple monitor setup to "advanced mode" off, but it did. Without the included software, Windows would only associate touch input with the D16 monitor if that was the only output. Even the system settings in Windows could not solve the problem with multiple monitors. I've tried multiple times to manually uninstall the default drivers for the D16 and my monitors with a reboot. I tried several configurations. I ran the D16 software/drivers in compatibility mode. Nothing worked. Based on other positive reviews this may be an accident as my computer is a laptop. As long as I can close the lid; I literally can't turn off the third display to even get the included software to work (assuming it's the problem). I have a strong background in IT to put my experience in context. In any case, if it won't connect or I can't get it to work for hours on a 2020 Win10 laptop, I'm not interested. I'll say when the touchpad "worked" I thought it was a good entry-level tablet. People who draw with lines should be avoided as this ancient model produces a visible rib pattern and is documented on YouTube. You simply roll the dice for compatibility and support.
