Received my item on time today for my appointment tomorrow where I was told absolutely no metal. Added a before and after picture with my own earrings and then with the plastic ones. They are indeed 20 gauge and went in perfectly. On my ear where I have 8 piercings, the top 4 I got back in April and the top five in general have not completely healed. They take anywhere from 4-6 months so it wasn’t time for me to switch them out yet so these plastic ones came in handy for sure. They were neatly packaged. Two tiny zip locks contained the backing and the actual earring separately so they did not get mixed up. They were in a bugger ziploc nice and snug. Then that ziploc was in the Velcro’s baggie then that bag was in a bigger ziploc so yes, EXCELLENT packaging.The only thing I don’t like is they they are like little empty cones. My husband was even turned off by the way they look. I’d have rather them be nice and flat or even have an insert similar to their plastic nose piercings to fill the void so they do look a bit tacky, that’s for sure. So I won’t be leaving them in last my appointment.Overall very great purchase. I didn’t have any issues putting them in or putting the backs on them either. Yes it’s a tad flimsy but ITS PLASTIC. But even with that said, the backs went on smoothly. I have no complaints about the product itself other than to update the photo of the regular earrings to show they they look like cones rather than somewhat flat as your photo shows. Thanks.
