Review on Cooper Atkins 335 01 1 Commercial Refrigerator Thermometer by Tina Hall

Update: Less than a week later, this thermometer fell apart (literally). The back came off the clear cover and the adhesive holding the thermometer to the back came loose. This is a huge disappointment considering the points in my original review below. I sincerely hope the folks at Cooper-Atkins will find a way to fix this design to prevent this from happening as it has a lot of potential. First review: Large, easy to read and accurate to within 0.5°. I can see some people having trouble installing it, but I didn't care. It excels at what I need it for: Shows temperature accurately and easily.
