These headphones were purchased in March of 2022. It turns out that they have exactly two years under their belts at this point. These appear to be brand new. Scuff marks are discernible if you know just where to look, thus the answer is "nearly." They were never able to escape from my grasp. The headphones industry as a whole is really happy. I wore them without taking them off for a period of two years. Excellent sound quality, stylish appearance, and a comfortable fit. There is already an excessive number of buttons with basses, thus there is no requirement for another one. The fact that I do not need to turn the volume up when I enter the subway car is evidence enough of the excellent noise margin and isolation provided by this product. The headphones stopped working all of a sudden; I simply moved them off the table like I normally do, and the hinge of the left ear detached itself. There were no observable impacts on the body. It's probably just the hinge that's worn down because of all the dust that's accumulated because I haven't taken the headphones off in over two years. In their own service center, they asked for a total of 8500 for the headband and 1100 for the labor involved in replacing the hinge. This was necessary because there are no other spare parts available. They are priced the same as brand new items. Since all of the screws are exposed, I'm going to make an attempt to take it apart and fix it on my own. It is important to keep in mind that the headphones are a throwaway item, as are many other things manufactured by Sony and other huge firms that have little interest in their customers repairing their products. If I don't fix it, then to hell with them, they've done their job - I've wanted to try Parrot products for a long time. If I don't fix it, then to hell with them, they've done their job.
