Review on 🤩 Stainless Backyard Tensioning Jugader Zipline by Richard Alemayehu

I love this zip line. It has a great seat for a good ride. I don't like the break, it's not strong enough and lost form after the 5th ride. The seat belt is made of plastic, so it broke immediately. We couldn't tighten with a ratchet as the clamps were very tight and I couldn't loosen them to tighten the cable with the included ratchet. I only tightened with the hitch so I can't adjust. The key broke off during assembly. I wanted to contact the seller and as they say there is a guarantee and after sales service. I couldn't find their contact details. I called Revain and they couldn't find any contact information either. Asked for a Revain replacement part. They said I can't get the parts, I can get a refund if I send each part back. This is not an option as I will not pay for someone to remove the entire zip line.
