I became acquainted with toothpaste tablets about 6 months ago. I love her. I like their lightness. I love how they foam in the mouth. I like that I can easily recycle cans. I use them every night. Every morning I use a traditional toothpaste to repair sensitive teeth/enamel. What it is: These are bamboo charcoal toothpaste tablets. NO fluorine. It's not triclosan. Without SLS. The pack contains 60 tablets. You are black. Twice a day is a 30 day supply. Once a day, 60 day supply. Flavor is coconut mint. Try them: I used them for 3 days before writing this review. I put one in my mouth before brushing. They are heavier than other tablets. When I first tried it, I quickly realized that I needed to soften it up a bit in my mouth before chewing it all the way through. Once I figured it out, they worked great. The tablet foamed as expected. It's a light mint flavor. I don't taste coconut. My teeth are clean after use. What I noticed right away was that my teeth were getting whiter. That's why I like charcoal toothpaste, you know very well. The other two times I used these pills worked just as well as the first time. 4 or 5 stars was a point of contention. The ONLY reason I almost gave it 4 stars is because of the tablet's hardness. It surprised me. Once I figured it out I loved using these 5 stars because I really enjoyed using them and for $3 I would definitely try them again. It's very affordable.
