Initially, I did not receive the product I ordered. After posting a review Simolio customer service followed up and promptly replaced the headphones with the correct product.My grandson loves the BLUE headphones (it's his favorite color) and he uses them everyday with his IPad. The sound quality is good, they are durable and fit nicely in the travel bag. Now learning is fun, portable and QUIET. Thanks for resolving the issue so quickly.
