I like that it can be a single system to track all of my USPS mailings to keep my mailing history in the one place. You can also set up rules that will trigger the system to email you when the mailing is complete or needs to be corrected. I also like the fact that you can check multiple boxes for multiple reasons for a mailing being cancelled. There is a lot of customization, but I've gotten used to it. I dislike that there are so many options to adjust that it can be confusing the first time. I am looking for a system that is simple to use and gives me peace of mind. I feel that this system does just that. I am keeping historical records in this system. There have been many occasions when I've needed to reference a mailing that was cancelled and I have been looking for the reason for the cancellation. This system lets me enter details I like that it allowed me to create my own sorting bins within USPS guidelines, which was difficult in previous versions; however this program can be used by people who do not have much experience using computer programs or those looking for something more basic than what other companies offer as far as features go. The interface could use some work but nothing too major at all! It has helped us get our jobs done quicker while also saving us money on postage costs.
