Exceeded all my expectations. First, the 3M adhesive backing made assembly easier. Separately, I bought "clamps" (which are mounting brackets) to hold the strip in place. Then with my complex WiFi system (I don't have WiFi so I use a small broadband router) I used Litedge (must be spelled that way to find the app) to connect the band to the app. With everything connected, you don't need to be connected to Wi-Fi to control the lights. The band needs to stay connected to the Wi-Fi network (it magically sets everything up for you), but you can control the lights using your phone's network connection. Later I connected the tablet to the application and everything is just as easy. Now I'm scrolling through all the TorchStar products. I'm a little amazed. The app (Litedge) has a place to program other devices, so I'll see what it is. In any case - a highly recommended product.
