Thinking that this is a very smart idea, I was looking forward to it being a good solution for my cats. Trouble is, if you have a cat that digs vigorously in their litter box, this is definitely not the solution for you! I would also suggest checking your cat's front claws. I've found that my cat naturally grows very close to the edges of her paws so they never fully retract. Unfortunately, that doesn't help the situation either. When I called the company to ask their advice they were very reassuring and very pleasant. Unfortunately, there wasn't really a solution that allowed me to continue using the product. And if you have a larger cat (my Hunter is 15 pounds), this probably isn't a solution for you either. This box is a bit small. That's very bad, because the idea is smart. The corrugated plastic construction is really strong and light, so that's a good thing. My general opinion is that this is a good idea for smaller, gentler cats, not energetic, lively, very playful big cats.
