Some weird foundation. I love it 90% of the time and my eyeshadows really last all day. But for some reason, when I use darker eyeshadows, there's just an area at the outer corner of my eye where the shadows don't fill in or blend. I assume this applies to all shadows, it's just that it's more noticeable on the darker ones. My guess is that the primer just isn't working well on all parts of the lid. I've also found that it's best to apply the base color right after the primer while it's still wet. It's difficult to mix anything over the primer if you wait for it to dry. That being said, this is the best primer I've ever used in terms of my eyeshadow staying power.
