Very Tight Fit. I suggest having a nylon/rubber mallet handy. After leaning the main body of the metal hook into the groove, make sure it touches the bracket all the way up. You usually have to tap the bottom of the device very lightly to lift it up. The lower part is plastic, so press very carefully. Once the unit is fully up you can tap the key set section on the side again lightly into the hole to ensure it is flush, at this point you can insert the key and turn the lock. Take your time and it will fit.
