This review is for a different product but I would like to warn other people about the poor quality and potential dangers of using this company's products. We found shards of metal in our brewing vessels and after a full day of 4 people doing sleuthing and sending samples to the lab for a $500 test, we found that the shards were coming from the CIP ball and separating from the chrome edges I wondered if they came from somewhere else and just stuck inside the sphere, but when I cut the sphere open I saw the fragments still attached to the walls inside the sphere. This is a defect that has developed over time and indicates both poor manufacturing quality and a failure to detect a problem during visual quality control until it is no longer a problem and possibly in the customer's product. This product cost me $1,000 today for labor and testing, but could easily have ended my 12 year old company if the metal ended up in the product, which could easily have happened if the guy cleaning the glasses wasn't so smart .
