Unpack this .exe file with an archiver and place the contents in a separate folder on the installation USB flash drive. During installation, at the disk detection stage, there will be a button to load the driver. After loading the driver, the disk will be detected. I had another difficulty, the old Win10 distribution did not see the WiFi adapter and the mesh did not work after installing Windows. This was defeated by the USB WiFi adapter. A grid appeared, after which we rolled up windows ates (for happy work, you need the latest version of the operating system) and drivers from HP. After all the ates everything worked.
