I have it every morning. I start with a cup or more of almond milk. I then add in one of the measured small cups of protein powder and then stir slowly. Then I add frozen fruit. I cut up the bananas and put one half of the banana in a snack-size plastic bag and put it in the freezer. I also add frozen blueberries, strawberries, mango and some spinach. I find adding frozen fruits and veggies easier to blend than ice cubes. I had to buy a powerful blender, my old one wasn't powerful enough for smoothies. I've found that the blender works much better if I first add and blend the almond milk and protein powder, then add the frozen fruit and press the frozen food down, allowing the almond milk to rise to the top of the fruit. Tastes like chocolate ice cream. I have a smoothie for brunch and a big salad for early dinner. I've lost 15 pounds in the last 6 months and I feel a lot healthier and my clothes fit the same as before. love this product
