Poor Customer Service and Slow Shipping from Ninjalax

Regularly shopping at Ninjalax's online store, I've seen a reduction in the quality of service and shipping from them as of late. While their selection is extensive and their pricing are fair, these problems have detracted from the overall impression. Whenever I've had problems or concerns, I've tried to contact their customer care department, but they've always been unhelpful and condescending. It appears that they care more about making a buck than satisfying their clients. The shipping has also been slow and unpredictable. In this day and age of instant gratification, it is simply unacceptable that I have had to wait weeks for my things to arrive. When I complained to customer support about the holdups, I got the runaround and an attitude check. In sum, my experience with Ninjalax's customer service and shipping has been less than satisfactory. The lack of concern and attention to the customer experience makes it difficult for me to recommend them to others, despite the fact that their products may be of decent quality and reasonable pricing.
