Review on Wrights 670053 Extra Thick Plastic Quilt Template: Perfect Tool for Precision Quilting, 1 Pack by Kelly Caballes

This extra thick stencil material is wonderful to work with. The thickness makes it a little harder to cut with scissors but still doable. However, it is very expensive considering you only get ONE hand. Also, I was hoping to use it for applique, but the stencil material deformed a lot at low temperatures. I am not judging the template material itself - it was not advertised for this use. I included it here only to warn other quilters that this may not be the best template for the starched appliqué method.
